Theatre manager, accessibility expert and trainer. One of my favourite words is ‘care’, which is one of the most important aspects of my work. My role at Fedora involves organising and managing project logistics.

Cultural project design
As someone who has always paid close attention to the needs and desires of cultural audiences, I specialise in cultural project design and audience development from the perspective of accessibility. Here at Fedora, I like to think big: my role involves overseeing projects, drafting calls for proposals and delivering training sessions.
Luca Falbo
Pedagogy
Italian sign language interpreter, disability manager, pedagogist and teacher. I come from a family of deaf people, which is why I chose to specialise in this field during my extensive academic career. I am in charge of translation, training, workshops and accessibility assessments.
Mattia Airoldi
Sound workshops
As a musician, music therapist and teacher, I find it extremely fascinating that sound can be used to express universal emotions and moods. At Fedora, I develop original and accessible projects, sound workshops and installations.
Marta Maggioni
Administration
I have always been better at numbers than words, which is why I am responsible for managing the association’s administrative affairs here at Fedora. Excel is my tool of choice for tackling this huge task.
Viviana Merola
Training
As an audio describer, I choose my words carefully when providing descriptions for TV series and films for a major streaming platform, as well as theatre productions and museum audio guides. Outside of my work as an audio describer, I create subtitles for deaf people and teach training courses in Italy and Spain, where I live. I coordinate training for Fedora, including the FOSCA.
