The Fedora Association has adopted a flexible working model, meaning that there is no fixed office or operational headquarters. Nevertheless, the city of Milan, in which our association was established, continues to serve as our primary meeting venue. In recent years, the city has implemented a series of initiatives with the aim of enhancing cultural accessibility.
We also take an open and flexible approach to collaboration: we can work with organisations from anywhere in Italy or abroad, either in person or online.
