We hereby inform you that the data you provide to the operator of this website when filling out the “contact form” (also known as the email form) will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing website visitors to contact the site operator, if they so wish, by sending an email through said form.

This information notice concerns the personal data sent by the visitor at the time of filling out the contact form.

We inform you that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be converted into an email which may eventually be stored within the email reception system used by the website owner.

These data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will any other data deriving from your navigation on the site be recorded.

The purposes of processing your data are as follows: The data sent by you will be used for the sole purpose of potentially contacting you via the details you provided in the contact form, in order to fulfill any requests contained in your message.

a) The personal data processed will be exclusively those provided by you when filling out the contact form. b) The processing of the provided personal data is carried out through the operations or set of operations indicated in Art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003. c) The processing is carried out directly by the data controller.

 

3) Optional nature of providing data

Providing data is optional. However, refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for Associazione Fedora to contact you.

 

4) Rights of the data subject

The individuals to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, or to request its integration, updating, or correction (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03). Pursuant to the same article, the user has the right to request the erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to object to its processing for legitimate reasons.

 

5) Duration of processing

The processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
