Who we work with: cultural accessibility for theatres, museums, public bodies, festivals and foundations
Our work focuses on making cultural experiences accessible to everyone, especially people with disabilities. That is precisely why we collaborate with those who promote culture, such as museums and theatres, as well as other public bodies and institutions dedicated to making their venues and initiatives more accessible. However, we also work alongside private organisations that believe in Corporate Social Responsibility, invest in it, and are committed to ensuring that their internal policies and practices truly include everyone.
We offer theoretical and practical training courses (delivered in person or online) to help individuals gain a better understanding of the tools required to start thinking, communicating and planning in an accessible way. This includes public and private cultural institutions.
We also develop new, socially impactful projects, either independently or in collaboration with other partners, including institutional bodies, third sector organisations, institutions and foundations.
Fedora for culture and entertainment
Thanks to our extensive, hands-on experience in the live entertainment industry and the cultural sector as a whole, we truly understand the needs of those working in these fields and ensure that they align with those of people with disabilities.
We work closely with institutions to develop accessible programmes, activities and initiatives. We provide full support, managing the project design process, handling relations with the organising bodies, and coordinating accessibility-related activities, which include producing integrated materials and managing communications. We also manage the budget and liaise with the public.
Festivals, museums, theatres and professionals can also take part in our tailored training programmes or online training programmes (FOSCA). Our theoretical lessons and practical sessions help participants become familiar with accessibility, enabling them to develop expertise in the field and encouraging them to reconsider their offerings and planning methodologies.
Fedora for public administrations
We also collaborate with public administrations on various activities, primarily with schools (including nursery, primary and secondary schools) and public bodies (town or city halls and regional governments).
Specifically, we provide support programmes to facilitate the implementation of accessibility measures or to promote innovative teaching methods as well as cultural offerings. Our tutoring service can cover either a single aspect or the entirety of a project, including project design, budget management and liaising with the public.
In addition, Fedora designs, develops and coordinates accessible content in collaboration with cultural organisations, third sector organisations and target audiences.
Fedora for foundations and private institutions
Fedora collaborates with various foundations (including banking, local and private foundations), as well as charitable organisations, mainly with the aim of designing and developing accessible cultural and social initiatives. As a strategic partner, we collaborate with these organisations to address cross-cutting priorities at various levels: we co-design experiences and products that enable everyone to participate, develop initiatives that use culture as a tool for social cohesion, and bring together different organisations, also involving communities of people with disabilities, to create replicable, measurable and sustainable models that have a meaningful impact both locally and nationally.

Fedora for companies and corporate activities
Fedora can assist both businesses and cooperatives in incorporating accessibility and inclusion into their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social sustainability strategies. For these segments, we offer tailored training and support services.
Our training programmes are intended for people at all levels within an organisation and are designed to raise awareness of disability in general. These courses teach employees of participating organisations to recognise the barriers preventing full participation in company life or corporate initiatives, and equip them with the necessary tools and methods to start breaking these barriers down.
We can also help any company or organisation to plan fully accessible events, including conferences, team-building activities and product presentations. By working closely together, we can ensure that including people with disabilities and embracing diversity becomes a tangible reality rather than an abstract goal.
