Fedora Cultural Association
founded in 2018
The association is divided into:
- Members’ Meeting;
- the Governing Board;
- the Chair.
The Board of Directors is composed of 4 members as follows:
Chair: Luca Falbo (Appointed by resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of 14 November 2023)
Vice-Chair: Mattia Airoldi (Appointed by resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of 14 November 2023)
Secretary-treasurer: Tommaso Barni (Appointed by resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of 14 November 2023)
Artistic Director: Valeria La Corte (Appointment by resolution of the Board of Directors as stated in Verbale n. 2/2025)
The Board of Directors grants the President the legal representation of the Association and the mandate of administrator.
Declaration of board positions and remuneration
Luca Falbo (Chair), Mattia Airoldi (Vice-Chair) and Tommaso Barni (Secretary-treasurer) do not receive any form of payment to hold their position.
Valeria La Corte (Artistic Director) receives a gross annual salary of € 28,137.31.
